3 Reasons Why People Are Stuck in Their Life and Career
Are you one of them?
I talked to many people ever since I took on my career-coaching gig seriously — launched it on LinkedIn.
Many people felt stuck for a lot of reasons.
And I feel for them since I was in that position too.
Some wanted to be promoted and clamored for the title, which is understandable; it is just a phase.
Some people want to advance and find a way to close the competency gap, which is a good thing. Being self-aware of one’s weakness is unusual in arrogant and egotistical people.
A few would like personal growth and more money but do not aim for a promotion or more responsibilities. Most of them are tired of the same organizational politics. They are tired of playing with the BS for years and wanted to make that change.
This year alone, I have talked to around 50 people through LinkedIn — seeking my help and guidance.
They are tired of pep talks from people from their circle — and they wanted to have an objective sense of where they are now and how they are doing.
People are in different life stages — but they have common issues why they feel stuck at some point in their journey.
