Have you ever wondered why people in Nordic countries seem to lead the happiest lives on the planet?

I’ve seen a YouTube video featuring their people, and it is funny how they were surprised that they top the survey of happy people.

According to the global happiness reports, Finland consistently tops the list as the happiest country.

This often leaves many of us feeling envious and curious about our secret to happiness, especially when the prospect of moving there or learning Finnish seems impractical.

In my quest to uncover the reasons behind their high happiness index, I’ve discovered some intriguing principles we can use to enjoy the same, regardless of where we live.

We Are Family!

One remarkable aspect of Finnish society is its commitment to family life.

Finnish laws strongly support parents, allowing them to spend quality time with their children until they reach the age of three.

When kids start school, parents have the flexibility to adjust their work hours to balance family responsibilities.

Interestingly, Finland is unique because fathers spend more time with their children than mothers.
