When I got older, a relative got married to a rich guy living in a posh village in one of the cities in Manila.
And I studied their appearance, demeanor, and personality with the average Joes like me.

How are things?
I visited this close relative some ten years ago.
My wife and I had a brief discussion with this wealthy family. We have talked about life and jobs. The queen of the house asked me what I did for a living. I told her that I was an accountant in a private company.
She told me about accountants earning good money — and the queen mentioned the hefty income of a guy she knew working as an accountant in a company.
