I think for asian culture, we are not used to discuss about it becauae of the awkwardness. But I agree with you that as early as 5 or 6 we must not give baby names to it and be straightforward about it and do not give malice to the subject. My spouse also mentions to my daughter that nobody should touch it to protect her.
