It Is Okay To Feel Distressed but Romanticizing It May Lead You to Spiritual Death
Thoughts can destroy you, be careful
It is a painful experience when somebody betrays or cheats on us.
That feels like invisibly hammering down your heart without blood. It hurts you so much that you could not help but cry.
It had the same impact when I lost my dad and brother. Recalling those moments felt that there was no medication for my sorrow but praise God — my grief did not last forever.
Whenever you experience these situations, let it go. And let the emotions flow.
We are all humans — and it is natural to respond to them in this manner due to horrible events we may witness as we go along. Remember that it will last for a period of time — if you are willing to thrive.
Most of the time, people feed the grief with more self-inflicted miseries in their minds.
They plant anger, revenge, or hate on others. They point their finger to find someone to blame. People in denial fall for the trap thinking it will solve their problems.
Only to find out digging their hole that worsens the situation.
