No wonder Japanese are fit and healthy (most). I no longer reach 10k steps because of work from home arrangement but what I do is go up and down the stairs to accumulate at least a minimum of 4k a day. I also maintain hypertensive meds at a young age for 20 years already. At this time I switched from white to black rice as change of eating habit.
