It is no secret that our society is in a state of moral decline.

Just scroll through your social media feed — and you will see endless examples of greed, violence, and selfishness.

Spiritual compass

Fake personalities, unvalidated reports, and trade of barbwires online is a thing already in today’s world.

It begs the question: why is our society morally degrading? Let us look at why this might be the case.

Many factors contribute to the moral decline of our society. One of the most significant is the loss of religious faith.

In previous generations, religion played a vital role in shaping beliefs.

But today, fewer and fewer people identify as religious.

People live without spiritual guidance — and conform to human justification.

It led to a decrease in morality as people are no longer anchored by teachings as their rulebook.

Rise of the apps

Another factor that contributes to our society’s moral decline is the rise of individualism.
