The Ill Effects of Social Media in Your Life That Gradually Ruins 90% of Your Life
Decaying impact of a copy, upload, and post society
My news feed is swarmed by celebrity-like friends posing on the beach.
Uploading their latest luxury brag, I mean bag — or their newly purchased vacation house, how cool is that!
There is nothing wrong with it. For some, others want to post it — because they are happy at that moment.
Whatever people share is their call, as long as it is done with responsibility.
All this stuff sharing across borders is a progressive development. It is one of the advantages of the new web age. On the other hand, I notice the hidden effects in our society.
When we break it down into pieces, it is alarming.
All these vanity posts — whatever the motive is, (unintentionally) send a hidden message and others are innocent about it.
They need to be groovy to belong and earn respect.
Reaction buttons and other engagement features eventually become the measure of standard and social proof.
If you do not meet or flaunt them, you will be tagged as a loser forever.
